Agile/Scrum We have training and experience in Agile technologies. We have been the evangelists for clients who want to introduce Agile methods. In the requirements area, that usually means doing much of the standard requirements gathering then working with the customer representative(s) in Scrums to prioritize and schedule work on the backlog of work collected. In this structure each iteration involves refining the overall architecture and design. The customer has a chance to change the direction to meet new requirements (say a new regulation or policy) or to exploit a new understanding of how the IT team's skills might better be used on this opportunity.
Waterfall We also do the more traditional project development methodologies where all the design is done up front, then all the programming is done, then the testing, etc. In the requirements phase, this requires a much more rigorous process to define the needs of the business and a more formal document than in the Agile processes. We have decades of experience doing this.
