Software Innovation measures its success by the satisfaction of our customers.
Our contracts always include a warranty period during which we will either replace the product or
service or provide a refund appropriate to issues a customer may have.
For transactions which do not
require contracts, our defalut warranty period is 30 days from the delivery of the product or serivce.
Since 1980 this has happened twice for relatively small amounts and those customers have continued to
do business with Software Innovation.

Life at Software Innovation
Software Innovation is dedicated to making our clients successful and our
day to day activities are structured around that. We often work off site to
reduce the cost of housing our staff at our client's site and to reduce
unproductive travel time. We have researched and use daily a set of collaboration
tools that allow us to connect with each other and our clients by email, voice,
chat, and desktop sharing.
The typical work day will have online formal meetings, adhoc meetings between clients
and programmers or architects via VOIP, chat windows used to create a virtual team room,
several remote desktop sessions, VPN sessions, and lots of tasks accomplished.
We also do the more traditional, on site engagements locally, anywhere in the US, or
internationally.
